SIPS and Splines

We manufacture SIPs in our Oxfordshire workshops and can readily supply 2440 mm x 1220 mm panels in 97 mm, 122 mm and 147 mm thicknesses. We also supply splines to connect those SIPs together and produce SIP kits to get your build off to a quick start.

SIPs allow you to build stronger, extremely durable and exceptionally well insulated buildings. This established construction system is recognised by low energy, eco building standards such as the German Passivhaus and Swiss Minergie-P when used to build houses and offices; the system scales superbly to stand-alone garden buildings.

SIPs:

• 97 mm x 1220 mm x 2440 mm (standard SIP)
• 122 mm x 1220 mm x 2440 mm 
• 147 mm x 1220 mm x 2440 mm
• Other size SIPs could be made on request. Please contact us.

Splines:

• 75 mm (fits 97 mm SIP)
• 100 mm (fits 122 mm SIP)
• 125 mm (fits 147 mm SIP)
• Other size splines could be made on request. Please contact us.

All our SIPs are rebated and can be pre-cut so that you don’t have to do it on site. We also offer curb side, palletised delivery which is calculated based on delivery address.
