Lead Times

Sips and Splines:

• 3-4 week lead time – 97mm & 122mm (2440mm x 1220mm) SIPs & splines to fit  
• 3-4 week lead time – all other panels and splines/SIPs with cuts

Sip Kits :

• 4-6 week lead time – standard and bespoke kits

*Lead times are approximate and may change without notice. Lead times will be longer during the festive season*

All orders and lead times given above are for collection only. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

*NOTE: Forward Planning
Whilst we always aim to get your products to you within the given lead time and in perfect condition, we suggest that you don’t schedule any installation work until you have the goods. This is just in case there are any delays, or if you need to resolve any technical questions or order additional items.

If you have chosen delivery, please check it thoroughly and that you have the construction drawings (if you have ordered a SIPs kit and not already had them emailed) before the delivery driver leaves, as this indicates your acceptance of the materials and that your order has been delivered in good condition. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may be able to rectify the situation.
